Are your canvases ready to hang?

Yes, our canvases come ready to hang with string tied in advance.

Can I request a custom size for a canvas print?

Yes, custom sizes may be available for special orders – please contact for more information.

How do I clean my canvas print?

Use a soft, dry cloth to gently dust the canvas. Avoid using any cleaning agents or liquids.

Are the colors on the canvas true to what I see online?

We strive for accurate representation, but due to monitor variations, colors may slightly differ. We recommend checking product reviews for customer images or contacting us for color-specific inquiries.

Wooden Planks:

Are your wooden planks ready to hang?

Yes, the wooden planks come ready to hang with pre-installed hooks.

Can I use your wooden planks outdoors?

The wooden planks are primarily designed for indoor use. If you intend to use them outdoors, it’s recommended to apply a protective sealant for added durability.

How do I clean and maintain my wooden plank?

Wipe the plank with a damp cloth for regular cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals. For maintenance, consider reapplying a wood-friendly finish if the surface seems dull over time.

Are the wooden planks made from sustainable materials?

How do I sign up for a workshop, as a group or an organization?

Visit our contact page and fill in the form to receive information about the workshop and registration details.

How do I sign up for a private workshop ?

Very soon this service will be offered digitally in the store.

What COVID-19 precautions are in place for in-person workshops?

We follow local health guidelines and implement necessary precautions, including social distancing, sanitization, and mask requirements. Check the workshop details for specific COVID-19 protocols.

PERSONALIZE ITEMS:

Can I personalize all items?

Yes, all items can be personalized. We realize that creating a unique and original design is important for personalizing your product. Maybe you want to convert an idea and need a personal design or printable example. Firgellius allows you to add names, dates or custom messages. Send me a message for the possibilities.

Can I preview my personalized item before purchasing?

Before the printing process starts, we will first make a (digital version) mock-up and send it to you for printing approval.

What is the turnaround time for personalized items?

In all honesty it really depends on a number of factors. Turnaround times vary based on the product and complexity of customization. Contact me for estimated production and shipping times for personalized items.

COSTS AND PAYMENTS:

What are the shipping costs?

We only use POSTNL shipments. The shipping costs are €8.41 for standard delivery regardless of the number of items or products in your order. You only pay shipping costs once per order.

What are the payment options?

We accept payment by bank transfer and via paypal.

Can I pay for an order cash on delivery?

No, it is not possible for us to pay for your order with the postman or delivery person.

PACKAGE DELIVERY:

When will my package be delivered?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase. We do our best to process and send all packages as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your package is on its way. Your package will be on your doorstep within 2-3 working days. If it takes a little longer, we will inform you at an early stage.

Please note: once your package is in transit with our delivery partner, we no longer have direct control over delivery times. The estimated delivery time may sometimes vary depending on specific factors such as distance, weather conditions and the time of ordering.

How can I track my package?

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your package is on its way. In this email you will find a link to Track & Trace to track your package. Didn’t you receive it? Then check your spam folder. Is the email not in your spam folder? Please contact us immediately.

Do you deliver throughout the Netherlands?

Yes, we deliver throughout the Netherlands, with the exception of the Dutch Caribbean (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), Aruba and Curaçao.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

No, unfortunately we do not deliver during the weekend.

Which carrier will my order be delivered with?

Our packages are delivered by PostNL. It is not possible to choose which carrier will deliver your order.

My package ‘has been delivered’, but I have not received anything. What now?

Does your Track & Trace code indicate that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything? Good chance that it was delivered to the neighbors. Your package could of course also have been received by a housemate.

Isn’t that the case? Please contact us immediately. We will immediately look for a solution.

I have provided an incorrect delivery address, how can I correct this?

If the delivery address for your order is incorrect or incomplete, we must follow the carrier’s instructions. We recommend that you contact us directly so that we can assist you with this.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Can I return a personalized product?

No, returning a personalized product is not possible. With every customizable product you order, your own design is printed on a neutral product such as a canvas, mug, etc. (‘Print on Demand’). Such a product cannot easily be taken back and resold.

Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we do our utmost to ensure that your purchase meets expectations.

Can I return to exchange a pre-designed product?

Yes, that’s possible! If you ordered a product with an existing design without changes to the design, you can return the product to exchange, but we will not refund. You can request your return via our returns form.

Once we have assessed your return request, we will send you the return label. Place this label on the original packaging of the product you want to return and take your package to the post office. Please note that in this case the return costs, to exchange will be at your expense. Once we receive the product, we will exchange it for another product of choice, in the same price range. But please note that we also charge shipping costs for this exchange.

I made a design error, can I return the product?

No, we do not accept returns if the design error is due to choices made by the customer. We cannot retrofit the design, so if changes are required, we recommend reordering the product.

Can I return the product if the print quality is not good?

We strive to deliver personalized products of the highest quality. If there is a problem with the quality or accuracy of the personalized product, we ask you to immediately complete our returns form for a suitable solution.

How can I request a return to exchange?

Please complete our returns form within 14 days of receiving your order, with all necessary details, including photos or videos for reference. Once we have received your return to exchange request, we will carefully assess it and you can expect feedback from us as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can use the return form (PDF) for this but are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your message concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If only a part of your order will send return the delivery will not be refunded. We may wait with refund until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first. You should check the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you make the decision to withdraw from the contract shall be communicated to us, to us returning it or to hand over. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
